Taha Tinana - Te Whare Tapa Wha


For this Taha tinana I had to make up my own workout routine, I choose sit ups, crunches, bicycles, planks and jumping jacks.

    This is a solid set of exercises to build a healthy body. How many reps would you recommend for each exercise for beginners? intermediate? advanced levels?
