New Zealand Flag Design
My New Zealand Flag is blue with a red and black cross. It also has red seven stars that symbols Matariki and has the initial of our country.
What inspired my design, was to be simple and not to different from our original flag but to also represent our culture and country name.

ReplyDeleteThis is a great design! It definitely reminds me of the current flag but it is still a new and unique approach. I love the idea of including the seven stars of Matariki. It's a lovely 'nod' to our Maori ancestry and to the current season.
I hope that you enjoyed making the flag as much as we enjoyed reading about it! Keep up the great work, Madison. There is still another full week of holidays and the Winter Learning Journey programme is open until Saturday (22 July).
