Terrific Softball Tuesday

What skills did we learn today?

We learnt… how we can use the , bucket catch , crocodile , monkey and the butterfly to help us catch it well.

What games did we play?

We played.. The Sneaky Base, Tag and Base Rase all of those games were very fun.

What did I like the most?

I liked.. how me and my partner worked hard together and tryed our hardes . Hugh was so nice he must be great and outstanding at softball .

Guyfawkes

On Saterday in the weekend 5 of November it was Guyforks day . It was so much fun my mum took me and my sibling’s to her friends house for Guyfawkes . I met my mums friend she was so nice . I even met her younger sibling’s they where nice as well . I got to hold one of the small fireworks in the air it was small . I was only aload the small ones for my safty but it was fun anyways . My brother and sister were a little bit jealous because I got to hold one of the small fireworks . We also had a bonfire to keep us warm . We also used the bonfire for the sparklers so we didn’t need to keep using the lighter . Me and my family had so much fun on Guyfawkes day . That was the first time I had fun in November .

My cool holidays

In the holidays I went to the Sky-tower with my sister and my nana . We saw lots of people there and I saw one of my favourite cousins her name is Nia .

Then we went to a restaurant called Andy’s bar . We had to walk down the stairs it was tiring . When we got to the bottom we where very hungry . Andy's bar  makes  lots of burgers i had a burger with bacon , cheese , patty , and tomato with chips . it was yum.

Then we went home on the train . We sat in the front it was such a fun day .  

In the Holidays

In the holidays me and my family are going to decorate our house . Because Halloween is almost here . I am excited if i got to do any thing in the world it would be to go to Cook island for the week .

When i grow up

When i grow i up i want to be a hip hop dancer and teach people how to dance.I like dancing because its cool, fun and helps you get fit.This is one of my favourite dancers they are from dance moms.These are some of my favourite dancers this is Maddie ziegler and her sister Mackenzie Ziegler.

Netball prize-giving

Yesterday on the 15 of September it was netball prize-giving . I enjoyed netball prize-giving because we got meddle's and trophy's. My team got 1 trophy, 1 medal  2 lolly lay's and a big box of 20 chocolates.

Being a good friend

Being a good friend means sharing, helping and always adding them into games with you.I have a friend shes very nice she share's shes always there for for me.

My favourite thing to do is blogging. I picked blogging because it helps me with my learning and its interesting cool fun.It's also sharing kindness to others like writing to friend's, family, and  any other person.You can write to people to make them happy and proud.

My favourite movie is step up all in.I like it because there is dancing and i like to dance.In the begging of the movie there are some funny part's.Like  people doing funny dance moves some of the dance moves  where cool and funny.At the end of the movie it was a happy ending These are two of my favourite actors one is Ryan Guzman and Izabella Miko.

My teacher's name is Miss Scanlan she is a very nice person.She helps me with anything she gives us treats if we are good.

My weekend

In the weekend I was making  lollie lays with my sister and nana for netball prize griving.We made 20 lollie lays when we where done we played on or ipads.Then went out side to play we played hide and seek, tag, then my friend came over to play with us then my nana took us to the park. then we can home.

It was just a Dream

Once up on a time there was a little girl called Rosey  who lived in a little Cottage. She had two pet rabbits one was white and one was black.She would always feed them so they where fat .

One day she was very tired so she went to bed then she  wock up and herd load stomps.she had never herd befor she ran outside then screamed there where two huge rabbits.One white and  one black Rosey said to her self they look like my two pet rabbits Rosey was so scared she fanted.

She stayed a sleep for a long time.Then her mum and dad came to wake Rosey up then thats when she wock up It was all a  Dream.

Anchor Milk

Pt England School drinks  Anchor milk in cartons it is healthy it  makes your bones strong.This is what Anchor milk looks like when you are done with your milk fold it flat then put it in the blue bin   .There is also a small blue bin to put it in when you finish.  

Cross Country

Last friday after lunch time it was cross country day evey school dose cross country.We had to get Changed In the boys and girls  toilets into our four house colours.Bule, red, green and Yellow then we had to go the hard court and sit down behind these chirs there was a paper saying year 1 boys and year 1 girls all the way to year 7 an 8 the biger kids.

When the race was about to start I felt very neveus

About cross country.My team colour was blue I did not for our team but at lest I still tryed my best at cross country I was a champion at trying my best.

Derek Redmond

Derek Redmond  is a runner from Britain and he is British he was nervous in the beging of the race.

He was in the lead in the beging but then he stoped for a reson beacuse he brok his  Hamstring .He felt woreid he might not walk agin. He felt stressed then he started hoping on one leg.

His dad came from the crowd to   help him but he was not aload but he still went to help and then his dad helped him hop one leg all   the way to the  finsh line.I would jog frist so that does not happen to me then when i get to the end i will run as fast as i can.

Katinka Hosszu

I am and I am from Hungary.I have brown hair and brown eyes

i also broke the world record for female swimming.I am just as fast as Michael Phelps.

When the race is was about to start I started to feel nervous  and  I felt excited.There are lot’s of swimming styles like freestyle backstroke ,Butterfly and others.During the race I was very nervous I was in the lead during the race. 

I was happy when I won female Swimming race.My time was 4 minutes and 26 seconds. 4 minutes and 26 seconds is the world new record that's how I won.

  

Olympic's

There are 2 more day's left until the Olympic's.To start it off there is a torch they light up in Olympia,Greece.Then take a airplane to South America.Then they take a car to Brazil then run to Rio De Janeivo.Then they light up a big huge clrcle then that's when all the cool fun Olympic game's start. 

The Ancient Olympics

The first Ancient Olympics games took place about 3000 year’s ago in

Olympia Greece.The games where held to honour Zeus the king of the gods and they happend every for year’s.In the beging the games where just short running races for Greek men to keep fit for war.There was only one winner and the winner got a cown olive leaves.Over time other events where added like horse raceing and boxing.After 1000 year’s the Ancient Olympics where band the Ancient Olympics where always remberd for hope and peace.

Art Gallery

The Art Gallery was in the big Pt England hall. In the Art Gallery it was full of other people’s art from other class’s and there were also light’s.



My favouite part about the art gallery  the house because it had lot’s of detail. They had a teedy bear siting on a blue chair and there where some leave’s as well.


When I saw my art on the wall I felt shy because thats my frist time thats someone has seen my work on a wall.

Sky Tower

The Auckland Sky Tower is in New Zealand on the  North island. Near Hobson
street it also is in the middle of Auckland city and close to the Harbour Bridge.

The Sky Tower look’s like a icecream and taller then the other buildings.

Also like a shark fin and  sharp sword all the way at the top.


You can also go to dease 2 restaurant called Fortuena and Andys Bar.You can also jump off the Sky Tower.

The Auckland city Sky Tower has glowing lights for spechll  resons. There are

lot’s of colours for dose spechll resons my favaourt is christmas the christmas colours are red and green.

My Dream Bedroom

Te Tuhi

Today  on Monday  room 13 and I went on a  trip to a special Art gallery called Te Tuhi it Has stayed standing for 40 year's .We  also had meet a guy that work's there . His name is called  Jeremy. He was very cool and funny. He taught us a very cool game you have to have a paper and a partner a blindfold, and try to draw your  your friend we. Also drew a dream house .We had to to be in front of a blue paper then we had to cut out shapes and make a house then we had to glue it on and draw inside  our house then where
done.

UP and Up

Coldplay is a band that makes very good songs. Today we were listening to Up and

Up by the Coldplay band.



In the video I saw cool big popcorn volcanos, they looked yum.I  also know that there  Is a big huge cool city under the water. On the top of the water there  are dolphins swimming upside down



My favourite part of the video was when a  baby was on a airaplane.Also the baby was saronuded with rocks and it was along way down.

The Cool Manta hotel

The Manta Resot hotel is underwater in Africa right next to pemba island.It is not on pemba island it next to pemba island. 

Inside the room at night you can see fish because there is lights outside all

Around the underwater bedroom.In the daytime you can go for a little swim but if you go all the way under bedroom in the water you can see storg string and an anchor holding.The  hotel so it dose not float away in to the sea and sink into the water.

In the hotel you can sleep and at night and look at the fish go past and you can

go on the roof and liedown and look up to the stars.In the daytime you can go fishing or go swimming.  

Mice

Mice have black eyes and they also have small soft ears like fluff.The mice have long whiskers.

Mice eat fruit, vegelables and bread. They also can eat lots of funny things like paper and dog

biscuits. Mice like to eat chaese but if they eat it they will smell.

The Amazing Opera House

The Opera House is in Australia. in Sydney in the

Middle of the city.

The Opera house looks like it has  great white shark fins all over the building.

It also looks like the sharp bit of  a great white shark tooth. But the scary part is it looks like the sharp bit of a knife.  

At the Opera House 7 million people go there to visit.You can watch performances

and shows like a magic show or a person singing you can see any show.

Peru's Cool'est Hotel

There are 3 Skylodge hotel’s that are  on the side of a huge mountin.In Peru it is a smal little hotel and it is 1200 feet high.

In the Skyloge hotel there is 4 beds or less there is a white toilet  with a white sink. There is a table outside on the top of the roof. 

In the hotel you can eat on the top of roof. If they want to be safe they have to have a rope to hold on to so they do not fall off. On the top of the roof there is a table to eat on

london eye

The london eye is a very tall almost  as tall as the clock tower.Over 3000 minin people can go on it if you want to get a ticket you might want to get it early. Because they do go out fast i call it the ferris wheel the ferris wheel also glows pink and red.the ferris wheel also has 32 gondolas it also takes 30 minmin.

swimming

Everyday Room 13 has swimming we started on Monday at lunchtime.There are 3 groups for swimming we got told to listen to the instructor so we no how to swim. If we do not listen we get splashed with water but we are lucky to not be send out of the pool.

On Monday morning room 13 has cricket for kiwi sport .Before we play we have to do a warm up to wake us up.Our cricket coaches name is called srahill .Today he told us 'how to bowl with straght arms.
